The online bill pay portal for the Penrose Water District is temporarily offline. The portal is run by CUSI, our billing software provider. CUSI has had problems with its online payment system over the past week. On October 10, 2026, they took all customer portals offline while they work on a full fix.

If you already paid online, your payment is being processed. CUSI has told us that payments are going through as expected. The problem is with how payment information moves between their systems, and their team is working to correct it. If you have questions about a recent payment, please call our office.

You can still pay your bill while the portal is offline:

• In person at our office at 210 Broadway in Penrose. Cash payments are always accepted in person.
• Payment drop box at our office.
• By mail with a check or money order payable to Penrose Water District, 210 Broadway St, Penrose, Colorado 81240-9009. Please include your account number so we can apply your payment to the right account.

CUSI will bring the portal back online once the issue is fully fixed and tested. You can follow their progress at status.cusi.com. We will remove this notice once online payments are working again.
